Should I wait to build my gaming computer? - Page 2

There are definitely a few things possibly worth waiting for in the near future.
Bulldozer
28nm GPUs (hopefully by the end of this year)

then again a nice gaming rig for $1300 would DEFINITELY keep you happy for a while!

I'm just throwing that out there as a rough example. Toss those hard drives in RAID0, when BF3 comes out, just grab another 570 for SLI and you'll be one happy camper! (no pun intended)

My idea about waiting is making sure I have the cash when that totaly awesome deal comes on the OCN marketplace and I can snap it up.Sadly it usually turns out the awesome deal comes when I am broke. I can always keep trying. Are used parts a possibility for you at all?

I personally don't like used parts, but I think it's one of my OCD things. It seems that most, if not all of the people here on OCN who sell their parts make sure everything works before selling it. So if you're up for used parts, then go for it.
