Thank you both....from What I see you both are running a higher Bus speed (300+mhz) but with a lower multiplier. Is that what I should try? my Bus is 200 with a 17x multi.

Sorry, I mistook haziqk10's post for yours.
The bus speed makes no difference - nothing in there really runs @200 or 300Mhz.

well the only other thing that i see is different is the Command rate. Mine is 2t, the other are 1t.

It really doesnt make sense why mine is so slow. But even looking at your guys' benchmarks, it looks like AMDs are just plain slower than intel systems in this regard. Basic i5/i7 systems are usually DOUBLE the speeds of AMD systems.

Native 1800Mhz support + tripple channel vs native 1333Mhz + dual channel. It's normal

The memory is completely fine, If you put them on a i7 or 2600K you would probably see memory speeds you never seen before.

The problems lies with the Integrated Memory Controller on the AMD CPU's, there just soo old, until the new Bulldozer CPU's come out that is.

The only way your gonna get that extra memory performance boost is by overclocking the Northbridge to 2700MHz+ and by increaseing volts to the CPU-NB

I'm starting to notice that now...I will look into going beyond 2600Mhz on the NB.

One final question. In my BIOS I only changed my NB to 2600Mhz but when i open CPU-z I see my HT Link changed to 2600Mhz as well. Is this normal or recommended?

It's normal, it's NOT recommended. Drop HT multi to keep it @2000Mhz
