Will MSI accept my RMA?

Ok onhttp://static.overclock.net/images/oc/editor/separator.gife of my 470's started artifacting and i got a RMA ticket in i just have to send the card in the only thing is that one of the blades on the fan is broken. I still have the blade, do you think they will still RMA my card even though the blade is broke off?

EDIT UPDATE:

So MSI just recieved my card yesterday and today they sent me a tracking number and there shipping something back. Did my RMA go through, they didnt call me or anything, and the RMA thing doesnt say rejected or approved. Did they accept it and their sending me a new card? Anyone else deal with a MSI rma before. Am i good?

Its down to the guy who gets it really, they could quite easily reject it for undue physical damage, but if its a nice person they may accept it.

How did it break off in the first place? If it broke off while running, and you didn't mod it or anything, the fan itself is a reason to RMA the card, lol.

i really dont know one day i opened my case and it was on the bottom of my case? the broke off fan blade i was stumped.! But that was awhile ago it still worked fine. The motor was still working and still works to this day. It just started artifacting idk why but i know its not tied to the fan cause i have two of these cards and if i swapped coolers it wouldnt make a difference it pink line artifacts vertically and horizontally!

As I mentioned to you via PM, you need to document your problem and send in for RMA. I would advise you to document it, and ignore this thread completely.

If you have issues you can contact me for info but to solicit useless advise like this on forums does nothing for you, since you're not dealing with RMA via this thread.

Same thing happened to me. A fan blade doesn't just break on its on. It must of hit something, like the tubing of the water cooling system.

You can try super gluing it back on. It requires patience, but that's how I fixed mine. Just hold the broken fan blade still for about 20-30 seconds.
