Look in the manual for the motherboard it'll tell you what voltage relates to what.

Temps are fine, but that voltage is wrong. Typical is ~35C Idle, ~65-70C load for similar overclocks w/ an air cooler. Best I have seen in the Mid 4.x Ghz w/ monster air coolers is high 50s/low60s at those speeds on lower voltage chips.

Are you sure you are using the latest version of CPU-Z? Because there is no way your 2500K @ 4.4 is running at 1.056v under load.

in BIOS main page the Vcore says 1.284 when set at 4.4Ghz (assuming its runnign at 4.4Ghz in BIOS) - all settings on Voltage page are on AUTO, there is DVID option and in my manual its SUPPOSED to say Dynamic Vcore(DVID) but it dont, it just says DVID... this is on AUTO and it says normal figure is +0.00v

here is whats on it (COPIED FROM MANUAL)
>>>CPU
TYPE ------- NORMAL SETTING ----- CURRENT
LOAD LINE CALIBRATION -- --[AUTO]
DVID -- +0.00V -- [AUTO]
QPI/VTT -- 1.050V -- [AUTO]
SYSTEM AGENT VOLTAGE -- 0.950 -- [AUTO]

>>>MCH/ICH
PCH CORE -- 1.050V -- [AUTO]
CPU PLL -- 1.800V -- [AUTO]

>>>DRAM
DRAM VOLTAGE [AUTO]
DRAM VREF [AUTO]
DRAM TERMINATION [AUTO]
CHA DATA VREF [AUTO]
CHB DATA VREF [AUTO]
CHA ADDRESS [AUTO]
CHB ADDRESS [AUTO]

dynamic vcore i guess is your offset voltage.

so, you could try using that to modify your vcore.
the 1.284 is the VID, and the offset will be based off of that.
so if you type -.001 then your new vcore would be 1.283.

you can try playing with adjustments either up or down to figure out where your vcore needs to be.
