when did you buy it? (lol at the rate mobile hardware is going.....thats outdated and old already lol...as is my motorola atrix )

as long as you have the proper drivers installed
android and windows communication is fine lol
just mount as mass storage devices and it becomes a giant USB in a way

Don't care if it's a flop phone, I love mine. They can throw all the hardware at Android they want(Atrix) but when my HTC trophy kills my moms Thunderbolt in UI speed that's sad. I'm a professional Java programmer and I'll be the first to admit that Java does not belong in performance critical places, such as the UI which is written in Java.

Anyway I'm really loving my WP7 right now. Just got it a couple weeks ago. Way better than Android as far as UI goes. The apps aren't there yet but you can't beat how easy it is to develop for compared iPhone(way easier). It's also easier to get something running than with Android(and I'm biased towards Java). The android emulator crashes and hangs a lot on my work and home computer. I also use Netbeans as my main IDE(not Eclipse) and it's a PITA setting up on Netbeans.

You also need to remember who these "users" are. A majority of these types of polls are surveying the majority of the population, or your average non tech savvy person. It isn't surprising that these people are more satisfied with iOS and WP7. Android is inherently more complex to use than the other systems because of the way it's designed: to give you options at the expense of simplicity.

In the same way, OSX kills Windows in terms of user satisfaction. Still, is it really the superior operating system?

Outdated..? The UI is as snappy as possible, the OS never freezes, photos and videos look as they should, screen is beautiful and sharp and all 3D games run pretty great. I believe something becomes outdated when it can no longer serve the needs of the owner, and that is by no means the case here. I bought it 2 months ago. HTC 7 Trophy.

Very cool that MS is starting to add to the competition, but MS also tends to turn the market into their own monopoly and then cash in.

Can we all just agree that both Android AND WP7 are awesome, and that iOS sucks?

I kid, I kid!

I found WP7 to be a pretty nice OS when I used it in the store. The interface was simple, snappy, and streamlined.

After owning my Droid one for so long, and learning the ins and outs of Android, I just couldn't bring myself to like WP7. It doesn't help that there are no lte capable models either.

That's my point, its hardware is still responsive enough to do anything it is meant to do.

But if you want to talk sheer numbers then yeah, it is far behind the lead, but then again it's not like I'm going to fold with it.
