My mom and step dad both got an HTC thunderbolt. After they saw my htc trophy they took them back. They were struggling with Android. If they asked me before they bought I would have steered them towards wp7 or iphone

on second thought
this revises my last post which was somewhere in the first 5 pages

WP7 is pretty smooth
I may pick one up just to play around with or recommend someone in my family to so I can play around and fiddle with it.
on the other hand....I just like android too much. Sooo many possibilities as long as there are enough developers for said phone.
