Roksonixx, I would RMA the board at this point. Explain the problem and what you have tried to fix it thoroughly though. Chances are that the motherboard works with a different processor, in this case they will let you pay all expenses. Perhaps if you explain to them beforehand that you had no other option than to RMA it, they will be lenient.
Edit: does your Motherboard even have a second BIOS? I'm sorry if I have missed it in a different post. All I know is that you have an MSI board.
