Just wait till I launch my electronic gadget company named "Appel" I will have a black apple for logo with a bite taken out the right side...

Though seriously...that "Stoer" thing was just some one's mix up. Probably was fixed as soon as the store manager realized the error. It is "spelled" correctly in Chinese. Or else those pics are not from inside it. There isn't a close up of any of the devices for sale, but they all look like the real thing from what we can see. You typically can spot a knock off from five feet away and if those are knock offs they are probably better quality than the real Apple products.

not if it was a hand held electronic Apple that served the same role as a iPhone, iPod, or Ipad, but that would be hard to chew.

Now go to Grandbuy/Jusco/Friendship (Department Stores) those stores are identical to this one. They sell perfectly legit Apple products. Just goes to show how ignorant Engadget is and how stereotyped OCN is.

EDIT: OK just read through the comments this thing is just plain insulting, so many ignorant idiots

EDIT 2: If I had the money I'd fly the whole Engadget staff over to China just to prove this thing is an AUTHORIZED APPLE RESELLER

I'm not going to automatically say you're wrong. But I am going to ask how you know this.

It IS priced too high it's about, 1500 Yuan depending on the people you know.
Thats about $232.66 on a copy of windows. Now take that into perspective. That's a WHOLE month of pay. Let's see if YOU can live on $232

http://www.worldsalaries.org/china.shtml Well, $232 in China is probably a lot more than $232 in the US.

I could definitely live on $232 a month...IN CHINA. You're pissed at MS for not taking cost of living in different countries into consideration when you aren't either.

And you know what? Just because a copy of Windows 7 costs about a month's salary in China doesn't give people the right to pirate it. You ever consider that the price is that high in China BECAUSE people keep pirating copies and MS needs to make money somehow? Do you think that lowering the price will somehow lower the rate of piracy in China? LOL, somehow I doubt that...

Yeah I highly doubt you can unless you pool your money with your fellow relatives. FYI the price hasn't changed much for how long since MS has been in China

No I never said it give them the right to pirate it, only that it promotes piracy. Please don't argue with me if you haven't actually went to China and knows how things actually work here.
