Need a $30-$50 mouse

Hello, my friend is building his first computer soon and needs a mouse because his old one broke. (He has a palm grip.) Some Mice I have in mind for him are:

Logitech MX518 (I have it.) 34.99
Razer Deathadder 49.99
Logitech G400 (I heard it was the same as a MX518) 49.99
Logitech M510 (Wireless, non-gaming) 34.99

Thats all I have right now. Could anyone recommend a $30-$50 mouse for him? Thanks

Does he do a lot of gaming? If he does, I would get the Deathadder.

MX518. I find the Razer drivers appalling. I also really dislike the pulsating triple snake. Do not like.

Yes, he does do alot of gaming. His entire build is devoted to gaming. The Deathadder does seem like a good choice though.

Besides the M510 you already have all the best palm grip mice in that price range covered. You can also consider the Zowie EC1 or EC2 and the Mionix Naos 3200.

I've owned both a Logitech G500 and a Razer Deathadder 3.5G (My current mouse) and it's one of the best I've ever used, definitely recommend the Deathadder.

So youre saying there are not many good palm grip mice out there in his price range?

No I'm saying you already did a good job filtering out the crap and picked a handful of genuinely good mice.

Oh ok thanks. So it looks like the MX518 or the Deathadder is the way to go right?

I would personally pick the deathadder because it has the best sensor. I would also choose the black edition for its rubber sides, the regular version has glossy plastic which can be a pain for some.

The MX518 is a very solid mouse which I used for five years but the deathadder is superior. Don't get me wrong, picking up the MX518 and saving $15 would still be a great choice if you decided on that.
