I am buying a tablet and need to pick one before the end of next week. edit: see below The choices and details are listed below. Only the transformer includes a dock. So now its upto get a free dock or double the capacity in the Xoom or wait for the Galaxy Tab.

1. ASUS EEE PAD Transformer $499.99
- 16GB Model
- Incldudes Keyboard Dock (bundle deal)

Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 $499.99
- 16GB Model
(will have to wait for it to be released but when is it going to be?)

Motorola Xoom 32GB $499.99
- 32GB Model

What I expect in a tablet:
- Battery Life must be greater than 7hrs. The more the better.
- Will eventually get a keyboard (dock) if i get the Tab or Xoom
- Portability (weight and thickness)
- Functionality (performance, sensors etc.)

Please be sure to vote and leave your comments.

EDIT: I ORDERED THE ASUS TRANSFORMER 16GB + DOCK. +Rep given to all

I vote for Asus Transformer. The Transformer alone will give you 8hrs of usage, if dock it with the KB, you will get an extra 8hrs for a total of 16 hrs of usage.

Tab 10.1 is great, but the only advantage is size and weight. No ports. Transformer is great for everything else. XOOM is rather pointless. If you want 32GB, get the Transformer and an SD card. You'll save money, 32GB micro SD is pretty cheap and would net you a total of 48GB.

Internal memory is normally way faster than an SD Card.

but that being said, I'm putting in the order for it in about 30 mins...
