If I can't find one anywhere, I might just go for the U9BL with the MX Blues. Does anyone know if the blues are that much louder than the browns or is it negligible? Thanks in advance.

I think that the browns being marketed as silent is pretty misleading and confusing. It doesn't come with the click but when bottoming out as what I would imagine the majority of us do, they can still be quite loud.

Yea, thats what I was wondering. This will be my first mechanical keyboard so I just did my research on it and I read they are quieter but I have never come across a clear answer of whether they really are or not. Its hard to trust youtube videos.

Just another heads up for you, XArmor has been discontinued due to what many people speculate as serious quality control issues throughout their production. I have read many complaints about them, but some people also like them (it's either going to me a hit or a miss for you). Because XArmor doesn't exist anymore, you won't have any customer service on your part if something is wrong with your keyboard. I'd recommend for you maybe to check out the QPAD which is an identical design by the same OEM.

Drop an email to ergogeek, they were the main place where buy that keyboard, and they are also fiscally close to the Qumax base.

What I wanted the most from the XArmor was the backlit keyboard with MX browns and I couldnt find any others around the $130 price range. I didnt see any QPADs that were like that.

Sounds like a good idea, thanks.

Didn't know they weren't available with browns frown.gif If you're patient you could wait for the upcoming Ducky 9008 "Shine".

Yea that ducky keyboard looks great but I hear they are MX blacks which arent supposed to be the greatest for typing. I still want a keyboard that will be nice to type on since I do a decent amount of typing on my PC for work. I would really like to stick with a backlit MX Brown keyboard.

Off-topic (ducky shine): OCN will be getting them with all different switches. Blues, browns, blacks, and possibly reds. The shines i mean.

On topic: I love typing on my U9BL-S though with the browns and the wristpad is really nice and comfortable.
