Front audio panel problems

Hi there, i got an Asrock K10N78hSLI-GLAN mobo and i want to set up my front audio panel.
I got the following cables :
Mic-In
Gnd
Mic-Power
L-Out L-Ret
R-Out R-Ret
In the attachment you can find the front panel audio header.
Please help me.

It connects to your motherboard on the left side above the PCIe slot. It should be labeled on the PCB of the motherboard.

I know that but i dont know the order in which i have to connect the wires because its not the same name on the slot like the cables.For example i dont know where to connect the L-Out L-Ret and R-Out R-Ret. If someone could give me the order that would be great. Thank you.
