Thank you for all the info ! I would love to set all of those up the way you recommend, but sadly i cant seem to get into the portion for svcHost to set those, or i have no idea how, most likely the later. on the fire wall testing, i seem to do good although HackerWhacker seems to find a few things wrong but doesn't seem to go into detail, just says "file".

Windows Firewall is enough; problem is, it only blocks incoming connections.

But if you have a good, proactive protection, it's alright.

I'm not sure my windows firewall is active, I believe that all of that is handled by the Norton one.

You can set the custom rules in your firewall. Then choose active processes
