3.1 for me, but that was in elementary school and we only really did typing games and accelerated reader on them. They also had the 5.25" floppy's, which is awesome to reminisce about. My 5th grade year the whole school got new Compaq's (Oh, Joy! ) with WIN 95 and I think that is the first time I can recall using them internets.
