new build - pc reboots after 5 seconds

Just finished my 2500k build, and when I go to turn it on the PC reboots after 5 seconds and then works fine.

The debug code on the motherboard says AA.

"AA - System has transitioned into ACPI mode. Interrupt controller is in APIC mode"

Anyone know what this means and why the pc shuts down and works fine afterwards?

I found a solution:

1. In UEFI BIOS go to Advanced Mode

2. Go to the Advanced tab

3. Select Onboard Device Controller

4. Disable Marvell Controller
