I would have bought this guy instead of my Obsidian, if I knew I was going to end up water cooling. It's a bit over priced, though.

There's a ton of options now a days.

-What size are you looking for?
-What's your budget?
-What are you planning to cool?
-What water components are you looking for to cool your system?

A budget is always a good starting point, so what is yours? in saying that, 800D, Tj07, ATCS 840 would be my picks. I stuffed a 240, 360 and 480 rad all internally in my TJ.

Round the size of the antecedents 1200
Umm I'm planning on spending 3k on the whole build
Umm CPU and graphics cards i think..
And... I have no idea.... I need help with that too
