[Eventhubs] Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 character leaks - Page 3

shoulda posted it yesterday...
didnt think people cared here lol

was pretty butthurt when i was talkin in irc and everybody started telling me about the new umvc3 announcement... then all the extra leaked characters...

by the way, ryota nitsuma CONFIRMED the leaked chars... look in his latest interview posted on eventhubs...

edit:
totally not buying this... i mean, i'll play it casually when i see it places.. but i'm pretty burnt that the other game hasnt been out but a few months, and the replacement is announced for the same year....

they released an unfinished game (its terribly obvious that they really didnt' even do proper BASIC playtesting...)
they sell us two characters as "DLC" at launch, characters that were mostly finished on-disc, and still charge us 5 bucks a piece... but wait, thats okay, they also told us they would be giving us more dlc, fixes, etc... then they didn't...
then everybody complains about it being bad and broken, without a decent feature set or even character set.... (xfactoo is dumb. TAC needs to change. DHC glitch, old glitches from plain dhcing... no spectator mode, TERRIBLE NETCODE.... etc)
so, they SCRAP THE GAME, MAKE A NEW ONE, TELL US TO BUY IT, AND STILL CHARGE US EXTRA FOR CONTENT THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED IN THE ORIGINAL RELEASE.

does nobody see the issue with this? comeon people, vote with your damn wallets. I play fighting games, i play them alot, i try to play them competitively, but i will NOT give these bastards money for this game, you're just encouraging the same bad behavior... really now people, really? do you not get it?

I will say ONE thing that's positive about UMVC3: At 5 bucks a character to download as DLC, we're getting 12 characters, a rebalance (read: more Sent nerfing lol), and more stages for 40 bucks.

Oh yeah no - I didnt say or think they were on the disc.
As for Jill/Shuma, I didnt even know they were on the disc. Why didnt they just release them for special edition people at launch? Stupid.

I love how your perspective adjusts exactly how the publisher wants you to. Things that you once got for free have a price, so it excuses paying more for the game you originally should have gotten. That's pretty cool justification for what's become a $100 game. <3

Day one buy for me. As long as the game is played heavily at tournaments, it will be fun and worth my money. If you don't play fighting games seriously then it may not be worth your purchase but i have gotten well over 200 hours on MvC3 and will get well over 200 hours on this edition of the game.

Yar I'm going to have to agree with you just wish I could find more people to play SF,MVC, and other fighters with around my town no one likes fighters here

AE does need some balancing just have to play the broken characters now I guess.
