Annoying Whistling sound

Thread Starter
I've been experiencing this horrible whistling sound for a while now and I can't figure out what it is. From what I've read it seems to be a capacitor whine. It doesn't seem to happen at any particular time so it's really hard to pinpoint what's causing it and it seems to stop if I turn my computer off for about 10-15 minutes. I'm almost sure that it's either the PSU or graphics cards.

Any suggestions?

Yea its most likely a capacitor making the noise, and to narrow it down take out the GPU and start up your computer. Give it a few minutes and see if you still hear the noise, then try a different PSU if you have one and boot it up and see if you can still hear the noise after a few minutes.
