Alright, so I have somewhat fixed my problem, reflashed bios back to 18.0 and seems to boot in Windows just fine. But I cannot set my FSB anything over 230 or the PC just shuts of and a couple of seconds later tells me that my OC failed.
I just want to get my 260FSB*15.5Multi = 4ghz back :/. Refer to the second link in my sig.

Anyways, help? I mean like the pc just shuts off. I'm getting a new CMOS battery to try, but doubt that has anything to do with it.

Have you tried a different multi and fsb. Who knows the flash might have changed that optimum point. Is that an unlocked multi processor?

You might need to up your vcore? Make sure your ram timings and vdram stuck through the flash. You might want to just start at scratch. :/
