Tarun ,
get with this -- If you goto Vipul @ NP , the 212+ is for 1800 . the TX-3 is for 1200-1300 ..
You need to reduce those volts.
The 212+ is much better than the tx-3 , and the tx -3 should be the same compared to all of the coolers you mentioned.

I just bought a V6GT yesterday

Bhai , do it , you wont regret it ..

My 212+ gets my brother ( installed it on his ph 2 945 yesterday) 47C MAX @ 3.75GHz and 1.375Vcore.
Thats amazing.
The V6GT just happened cause I had cash to throw away.
BTW, the tx-3 has smaller fans and is NOISY at full speed- like annoying unbearable.
the 212+ has 120 mm fans and u can easily add / replace R4's @ 400/ a fan .
They're crap silent.
I breathe louder than my fans 90 CFM @ 19DBs ( no load)
the 212+ has 4 heatpipes compared to 3 on the tx-3 and a much larger heatsink .. more surface area -- I'd peg the Tx-3's performance ~10+C higher than a 212+ on ur CPU

EDIT : where do you live ? are you ordering stuff online ?
you'd save cash on the tx-3 if you're really tight .. else, the 212+ offers you ~ V6GT performance for a LOT LESS..THe v6GT is for 4 K man .

Like the other guy said, the Hyper 212+ will be a MUCH better option. Although, the TX3 isn't bad at all. It gets the job done and it's way better than stock cooling. You can probably get the TX3 with another 92mm Coolermaster Blademaster fan for 1.5k.

Good luck man.

If you really want performance cooling get a Noctua NH-D14. These rock, but may be above your price.
