Could you link me to the website you are hoping to order from?
I could go to a number of websites, but it's likely the wont ship to India, and will have different prices on the same things.

You cannot get a good upgrade within 6k-7k INR, you should save up and upgrade later.
BTW for the others, 7k INR~155USD.

Well, before spending anything, could you try and Hard Disk Defragmentation and reinstalling the operating system? Those 2 things should improve performance.

If you can find a used E6600 it be a good upgrade & if your board will overclock they OC quite nicely.
Q6600 or Q9550 might be a option for that board.

i think its a little pricey. however it works with your ram. Do you have a way of finding used parts, or know of a less expensive retailer?

For $150 I would recommend....

G.Skill RipjawsX 2x4GB DDR3-1600 - $69.99
Intel E5700 @ 3GHz - $66.99
