xspc rasa rx240 kit fans

hello guys i just mounted this kit and the fans that came with it are incredibly loud. any suggestion for new silent fans for the rad?
would two of these fans be enought? i alredy have two on top of the case and they are very silent

Ap-15 are obviously one of the best fan you can get but I would recommend Yate loons fans since they are much cheaper than ap-15 with decent quality.

As far as Iv'e read YL are good fans but they dont like being horizontal the bearings wear out

No, they are louder (not much) but they push a lot more air through radiators than the rasa fans do. You could look into getting some AP-13s. I have a couple for sale if you're interested biggrin.gif

Off topic: Does anyone know what kind of fans the rasa fans are exactly? I heard they are some type of rebranded coolermasters.

I went with these to replace mine. They move a little more air, and are a LOT quieter than the POS's that came with the kit. They're now shrouds for the YL's. lol

All i know is mine say xinruilian on them. This is all i could find. I think they are louder than the 32 Db they advertise

those stock fans are actually quite good.

just keep them and buy one of these:

crank them on the lowest setting and you wont even tell the difference in loops temps. and your rig will be near whisper quiet.
