First Build - Help Needed

Yeah, before I start, my budget is around £250 ($400 roughly), I'm not sure what to get being a newbie, so I'd like your recommendations.

What I was thinking:
Phenom II 955 BE
Corsair Memory XMS3 Classic 4GB DDR3 1333 Mhz
Asrock N68C-S UCC motherboard

What I don't have a clue about:
Fans, Coolers etc
Case
PSU

What I'm not sure about:
nVidia GTX 460 or ATI/AMD HD6850?

I'd be buying the graphics card later because I don't think I'd have enough money in my current budget to get it. So yeah, what's your thoughts?

look through www.overlockers.co.uk and www.scan.co.uk and just brose through their cases

£250 is a very low budget, I can't even help you on that. Hell, the cheapest 460 I can find is £100 and that's overclockers own brand

Also, buy a decent PSU, even if you have to go slightly over budget. A bad one can kill your entire system. Stick to coolermaster, corsair, and so on

And of course, browse through the rest of the forums for information, there is plenty

Your in the right direction.
I'm also doing my first build with around the same budget for parts but also have to factor in monitor/keyboard & mouse.

that's of course w/o shipping and not GTX460.

Yeah, I know it's a pretty low budget but I won't be buying the GTX 460 for a while, so for just now I'm focusing on the PC itself. I've only really been looking at the processor and RAM and what-not which is why I'm not really clued up about the PSU. Would any AMD CPU cooler be fine or would you recommend buying from a decent maker? I've got a 500W PSU but I don't think it's a very good make so I'm going to leave it lol. Thanks for all your help though, really appreciate it.

I hadn't added one but if you were I would go w/ this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103940

so you see how a graphics card can be a pain if on a budget.

I don't believe that moo supports the 955 due to weaker 3 phase power. Choose a motherboard with at least a well-cooled 4+1 phase solution (ie stock cooler or MOSFET sinks).

You're better off with a cheap CPU versus a cheap motherboard.

Something along these lines should help. I think the only things missing are a CPU cooler and case.
