No cooler in that list. Also, I don't see how you'd fit a good CPU cooler in that case, or manage a good airfow. That CPU produces lots of heat, so does the GPU (not an exhasut cooler) and maybe you won't be able to hit the 4Ghz without serious heat issues.
Also, why did you choose that specific PhII? A cheaper BE would do the same job, right? I'm not quite sure, but they all have the same cores and higher-freq editions are only for those who won't overclock.

Get the 965:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103727

It's proven and EASILY OCs to 3.7ghz without voltage.

Like ronnin said, you have no heatsink but then again idk how much room you have for one to provide good enough temps also that cpu you are getting cost more than a 1055t and not to mention the case looks like it pretty much has zero exhaust. Other than that the build looks pretty solid.

You'd save a 30% of that money if you just switched to a 955/965 and then OC'd it to 3.8Ghz. I currently have my Phenom 955 at 4Ghz. You might as well get one of the 955/965's, for even if you get the 980 you'll have to get aftermarket cooling anyway. The Phenom stock cooler's are so beyond terrible, They heat up the processor a lot.

Why did you choose such a small wide case? It's to small to fit any aftermarket cooling, or the GPU for that matter. Did you really expect a huge 6950 like that one to fit in such a small case? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811119160 A mid-tower would do just as well, but just in case you should get full tower. It is pretty tall, but nothing a little moving around wouldnt fix.

Then switch to an ATX mobo. I doubt a 6950 and an aftermarket cooler would fit properly on a micro-ATX. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128521

Your all good on everything else. The Caviar Black's are a great performance drive.

Not a fan of the case. For that price I'd get this:
Corsair 600T Case

I'd get this 955 CPU and just overclock it (don't spend the extra monies on the 980, get the 955):
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103808

This mobo:
ASRock (will handle OCing)

This HDD:
F3 Spinpoint

I'd also invest in a good air cooler (unless you have the budget for water!) I advise the following:
Hyper N 520
or
Thermaltake Frio
or if you've got the budget:
Noctua NH-D14

Good answer, but for one of the cooling I would suggest the 212+ as well. It should be able to fit in any mid-tower case or bigger.

I do not think that case he picked out is that bad. It is much sleeker looking in my mind than the 600T or HAF suggested above. My only concern would be if the CPU heat sink interfered with the PSU, but it looks like there is room. Also, are the expansion slots full size slots? Can you fit a full size GPU in there? If you could, I would think that is a great little elegant case.

The spacing should be fine on the Mini-ATX. The only difference between a mini and a full size ATX is usually the amount of expansion slots. Mini-ATXs still have to abide by the ATX dimensional standards.

The last build I did used the 600T, amazing tool-less case for $150.

Also, regarding the single 6950, I built a gaming rig using two 6870's in crossfire and the benchies in Unigine Heaven yielded amazing results! IMO I'd go with two 6870's in crossfire for just a hair more in price

Or get a HAF 932 for 150$~. Very good for Air cooling, has plenty of space for big CPU coolers and big video cards.
