Don't take a chance, especially when your doing awesome on bfbc2 and suddenly bsod, that's a fail on your part if you run 1-3 hours prime blend

To be as close to 100% stability try running a little longer in the end it's all about stability. I wanna be able to run fraps aswell or do some encoding in the background if I want to, that's how stable I would like my rig to be, it's not just the plessure of gaming aswell you know!!!



Some may not agree with me but each to their own, I don't think you'll find me posting a thread anytime soon regard bsoding lol well not on LOAD that it is. lol

Just a recap on what I said before, each to their own when it comes to stress testing, but dont complain if you bsod if you only did a couple hours of prime.

Sorry to OP for derailing the thread but it does ultimately come down to stability.

Running offset like I am currently tends to have issues that can't be uncovered with a load test like Prime. I know, for instance, that I need about 1.375V for true stability at 4.7GHz but with offset I have to set it to -.070 to get that VCORE under load. Problem is that at idle its starving for volts and can sometimes BSOD. I'm currently working that offset more positive to see if I can find a happy medium where it will give enough voltage at idle but not too much under load....
