That's good to know that a probable and reproducible link to the cause of this issue has been found, because I never had any trouble on Win7 x64, nor on WinXP 32 MCE, in the three months I've had my Spawn. I could not ever reproduce it, but I'm using mainly Firefox, and (very rarely) IE; I probably didn't even have a browser open, while I was playing with the mouse settings anyway.

This is a joke right?

I identified this issue with Chrome one week ago. At the same date I issued a ticket and created a thread at CM Storm forum, both of which remain unanswered (by the way, I answered my own thread there to make people know about Chrome issue but you didn't publish my reply, why?). Then you come at OCN and at CM Storm forum saying the world that CM Storm team was working hard and has identified the problem. How convenient...

I must say that my particular experience with CM Storm customer service was very disappointing.

Robilar,
Did your spawn come with extra set of mouse feet that CMCarter stated they would? Just curious as I just received mine directly from CM US in CA and mine didn't.

I didn't get an extra set of mouse feet either. Eh, I just go with a 3rd party to see if they have any mouse feet for the Storm Spawn anyway.

I will be checking into the mousefeet issue. I did not personally pull any spawns off this newly shipped batch as everything was almost immediately shipped out to our channels/re-sellers. Will pull some out on monday and check to see if the lack of extra feet is a few isolated incident or the entire shipment.
