I would only change one thing. I'd make the tube from rad to CPU longer so I could keep it back from the GPU so the waterline absorbs as little of the GPU heat as possible!

I do have to say I'm with lights on this one. If I follow you correctly, you suggesting the heat from the GPU radiating into the tubing from rad-cpu? I understand the idea, I just don't think that the amount of radiant heat there is going to cause a bad build up.
At any rate, I turned all my fans down all the way and then played BF3 for a couple hours. Max CPU temp I got was 71 and GPUs were both around 40.
The one thing that I have noticed since going CPU first is that there is now a greater difference between the two GPU's. Where before I might have seen a 1 degree difference if any there is now a pretty constant 3 degree difference. But they are both still very chilled and this isn't really a problem.
