Here's a few pics I took quickly of the system with the fan controller installed and the fans all lit up like a landing strip!
Pics look great with the red lighting!

They make a 3 channel 3.5" bay controller and a 5.25" 6 channel controller. Each channel handles 30 watts each, which is enough for multiple fans. Below each fan channel knob is a button. You can have the mobo PWM signal drive the fan or adjust it manually via the knob control.
so would the 3.5" bay controller work for my setup?

3 intake (front)
1 exhaust, 1 top.
1 for cpu heatsink (probably wouldn't want this one controlled)

You're going to have to combine some fans on one or two fan headers on the controller. The controller comes with a PWM CPU harness splitter, so you can still connect the CPU fan to the mobo CPU header and still have the PWM signal for the controller.

cool, thanks, i'd like to adjust the fronts separate from the top and rear, to see which gets me better cooling.
