Asus P8Z68-V PRO - LLC Question

Thread Starter
I am overclocking my 2500K on this board and have five options for LLC (0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%). The guides I have read recommended 50% but I was wondering if I would be better off lowering my VCore and upping this to 75% or 100% for a more stable OC. I am also unclear on what the "auto" option does and how high it will push. Any advice is appreciated.

Extreme LLC (100%) is not recommended as it causes voltage spikes way higher than normal, myself and others have found Ultra High to be the best LLC settings, however, it would be best to try each of them out, some mobo's have higher vdroop than others.

Hope that helps thumb.gif

Yes, I will give that a shot. I'm needing a lot of voltage just to get stable at 4.3 and if i could drop it significantly by doing this it may let me run cooler as well.
