I'm confused - SWTOR

EDIT: It seems I was looking at the pricing wrong. CE is $150 - that extra $20 is included in the price.

I don't think I've ever seen a Collector's edition for any game that costs that much.

I didn't exactly mean confused in the sense that I didn't know what to do, I was confused as to why the prices were so high and some of the wording on the page was strange to me.

Why so high?

Because EA can. And they are somewhat greedy.

The pre-order payment you make is usually deducted off the total price...

They only have so many licenses at one time. So they could "run out"

The wording is generic, it doesn't know what copy you are buying.

You're wondering why the most successful movie entity of all time has a high price on its newest game? Think about it from this standpoint.....not only did kids 20 years ago go crazy for Star Wars, but kids today are just as frenzied over it. Ask any kid you know if he's heard of Darth Vader There's just a massive demand for anything Star Wars related. Can you even imagine the hysteria if another film was created?
