*HELP*Overclocking Intel Pentium T4500

Hi, today I decided to overclock my Intel Pentium T4500 2.3 GHz CPU because I'm tired of lags. I tried lots of things, downloaded many softwares (Clockgen, SetFSB, CPU-Z etc.). With Clockgen and SetFSB I faced the same problem, they ask my PLL. I made a research on google on how to find my PLL (Phase-Locked Loop or Clock Generator) and I came up with this method : http://forum.notebookreview.com/hardware-components-aftermarket-upgrades/429383-how-find-clock-generator-pll-your-notebook-desktop.html (method 2). Now, all PLL I could get the FSB, I couldn't set it. I've also tried to overclock my CPU from my BIOS menu (F2 menu), but since my BIOS is a Phoenix SecureCore, I don't have any options at all regarding CPU units. So, I'd to know if anybody knows the PLL for the Gateway ID 5401h with an Intel Pentium T4500 2.3 GHz CPU, Intel Cantiga GM45 chipset and a Gateway SJM50MV motherboard. I would also like to know what frequency do you recommend. I'd like to use the fastest without danger for my computer. Hope my request was clear, I appreciate every help.

yeah, about gateway...... as it's an oem board, you are out of luck with overlcocking on that board.... be it software, or hardware overclocking imho

Think you might be a bit stuffed with overclocking on that rig. Generally entire system manufacturers like this do their best to stop you overclocking there stuff.

When you say you're tired of lags what do you mean? What are you running thats causing it to lag?

There are other ways of speeding your system up than just overclocking
