Nope, it won't. Just like LGA 1155, LGA 2011 has the SATA and PCI-E tied to the BCLK.

What mistakes? It was never a mistake. Intel intended to lock down the BCLK. They're trying to MOVE AWAY from BCLK overclocking and use multipliers. Their goal is to integrate the hardware control to the CPU, which is why the SATA and PCI-E are tied to it.

I know. its just a little sad that you can't take a really cheap processor and overclock it anymore...

There was an article early this year that said bclk overclocking will be back with socket 2011, thought i had it bookmarked but unable to find it.
