What you will usually see on the shelves is 71% , that is fine also.
But do not use an alcohol that has added things to it such as Camphor (which is camphor oil)
Thank you that is what I needed to know.
I know that it shouldn't contain Oil I just didn't know that Camphor was an oil.
But since it's not solid in here... it has to be a liquid... and in this case it seems to be Oil if you are right.
Thank you very much

Furthermore, why waste your money on specialized TIM cleaning materials when in reality they are almost always just Isopropyl alcohol?

Save yourself some money and just order some generic alcohol.

Firstly, what Kahbrohn said, and secondly if I order online I might just as well order the specialized TIM cleaning material.
I know its only 30ml and I could get a 500-750ml isopropyl alcohol for the same price, but do I really need 1/2 a litre of isopropyl alcohol.
I mean I would ONLY and really ONLY use it to clean old thermal paste off my CPU or CPU Heatsync, and how often is that. I mean, I am not getting a new CPU Heatsync or CPU every day, right.

I don't know if it was a bad idea, but it seemed to work perfectly fine, haven't had problems, I just used so "Insta-Clears" Eyglass Wipes. They were iso alcohol and made it really easy to clean my chip.
