For about $100 I would buy a mechanical keyboard.

I would get a X4 over an X6 or a Lycosa. That or a Logitech Illuminated are your best bets for keyboards that are not mechanical.

^this. I'd stretch my budget a bit and pick up a Das Ultimate or a Blackwidow Ultimate. Of course, you can pick up a regular Blackwidow for $79.

This^, but can you tell us more about what you need from a keyboard? It'll help people make better recommendations.

Personally I would not recommend the Lycosa. I currently have it and have found it to be very unreliable.

Often times during gaming sessions, certain buttons (at random) will stop working until the keyboard has been unplugged and plugged back in. Otherwise, it's a very nice looking keyboard that feels pretty good to the touch.

There are a lot of good keyboards, just not a lot of good drivers for those keyboards. I still have not found a solution for my "A button doesn't work in full screen mode" problem. Happened with both g15 and g510.

I recommend a Leopold for 109$ at Elitekeyboards.com. Those keyboards, along with the Das are good values. With the Leo's you get the choice of blacks, blues, and brown switches. Which is a good selection as well.
