Yes, but you can usually find it on sale for cheaper. Keep an eye on CoolerMaster's website. I bought 3 for $14.99 each for my 2500k's. It's just such a good price and that's a great cooler. I mean, don't get me wrong, it's not a Noctua, but it will definitely get the job done and is a solid cooler.

560 SLI will out perform a single 580 and you'll be able to play any game on the market at ultra high settings with good frame rates. Furthermore, you can go straight into Nvidia 2d surround (3 monitor setup). However, if you stick with the 580 you can always crossfire that beast of a card to SLI in the future when the price comes down (my choice). If you do stick with the 580, make sure you buy the 3GB version of the card.

It's not a bad idea for you, 27in monitor.. + if you ever Eyefinity, You will be glad you did. 2GB will suffice you on 1 monitor for sure though.

Get a cheaper D-14 here: NH-D14 Newegg's is $93 shipped, Directron's should come to about $76 shipped or so.

Far as I can tell that Asus board you have is x16 x4 in SLI, I'd get one that runs in x8 x8 mode. I see you are open for openbox so: ASUS P8Z68-V PRO $150

Well that mobo does break the budget a bit and I found a few others that seem to be just as good if not better than the ones I've looked at so far.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128502(this seems to be the best)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813130582

Edit:Can anyone tell me if either of these two are good motherboards for my build?

Moved to Intel forums!
I find the Xigmatek GAIA and Thermaltake Contac 30 both better coolers at that price range (3 heatpipes can be better than 4 due to position) but I'm not sure if they support 1155.
