That is probably about right for that card. Older cards could take some high heat usually. Its probably rated 85C+ for operating conditions. That's just my guess though, you can probably look it up.

7300 GS (Straight from the BIOS)

Core Threshold.

Critical @ 130C
Throttling @ 120C
Fanboost @ 90C

EDIT: You're fine up to 90C. Beyond that, I would be cautious.

around 80c should be safe for those cards. The 7 series typically become unstable past 80 anyways (at least the ones i owned).

Furmark tests the GPU (video card) not the processor. Surely, it uses the CPU a bit, but it doesn't stress test it.

7300 GS can stand very high temps without problem.

I had a 7300 GS overclocked to 660/1030(core/mem) & under full load(gaming) it ran 85-95 C° !
It was made by Leadtek & had a reference cooler.
In hot weather the temp even reached 104 C° with absolutely no instability!!

I gave it away to a relative & it's still working.

So any temp under 95 C° should be ok with this card.
