[MaximumPC] Researcher to Demo Apple Hack That Destroys Batteries - Page 5

Honestly, I don't wish bad things on people. But I wish something disastrous would happen to Apple computers and users. Something that involves malware and totally screwing machines (but not exploding batteries... gah) that way they might get out of their reality distortion field and buy a proper computer.

..., someone has a different opinion and preference then you. Better wish them bad luck

Just because someone uses a mac, doesn't mean they deserve anything bad, please try to self reflect on what you just wrote -_-

I've spent 4 seconds reflecting and I've decided I stand by what I said. Mac's and Apple need some nasty malware to knock them back in their places. Mac users, on average, are arrogant and self centred. At least, most of the ones I've ever met have been. Christ, it's like a requirement to work in the Apple Store (once went in with a friend to get an iPod Touch. Never have I heard such rubbish come out of one persons mouth in my life.)

Anyway, it's not about personal preference or opinion. Actually, no, it is, it's about the opinion that Mac users have about their invulnerability to malware and virus' because they think their system is made better. It's about time they had a catastrophic attack like this to push Apple to the bottom of the pile where it belongs and remind them that they don't get malware because people don't write it for their OS. People don't, or hardly, write it for their OS because it's not popular, not because it's a Fort Knox of Operating Systems.

Now, if I was mean, I'd say I hope we see a wave of exploding batteries, but that's going to hurt someone. I'm not cold hearted and mindless, but I still want something disastrous to happen to the Mac Ecosystem.

Galileo stating the world was round also wasn't funny at the time, 400 years ago. He not only got a cease and desist letter but was even banished to die in solitary confinement. You are welcome to continue to believe the world is flat, because the truth is inconvenient but this guy is right and crApple are the culprit. As for getting sued, it's time Apple were annihilated for their arrogant, abusive stance.

Don't remind them that their OS is the most insecure because Apple don't like fixing four year old bugs, which then allows hackers to hack an Apple OS within minutes. MS are so bad they at least fix bugs and problems but almighty Apple are too good for that. In fact, Apple are so good IOS users are being recommended to get an anti-virus and anti-spyware now.

We have a few Apple products and I hate them all, my wife likes her iPod, even though the battery died after a year and a half (average lifespan).
