5 is well out of reach on air cooling man.

4.5 is pretty easy.

Try 450x10 with 1.4v vcore and MAKE SURE TO PUT FSB TERMINATION around 1.35v. that should fix you up nice.

^ Listen to these guys.

I think about 1.3 for NB at 450 FSB should be more than enough.

He means that if you use more than 4GB of Ram or try setting the latency lower you may need more than 1.3NB volts. Since you are doing neither of those, you should be good. 1.3 is probably a little generous but should work ok and will give you a little headroom if you don't get more RAM or attempt lowering the latency.

pushing latency under 55ns will require more NBv than 1.3v with 4GB's RAM.. *NBv dont correspond with FSB mhz.. only with- amount of RAM and latency.

*with everything on Auto.. your PL# [static tRead] is very loose..which is accounting for most of the latency in your systems RAM now. I would guess you are near 70ns with PL set to 10-12. For 450-500FSB you should be using PL# 8 or 9... which WILL need more NBv, as it should drop your latency down into the high 50ns range, assuming your running RAM at or above default speed..and not 1:1
