OK DID

FSB freq = 500MHz
DRAM TIMINGS=5-5-5-15 or by memory spec
STRAP=AUTO
DRAM freq= 1000MHz
DRAM STATIC READ CONTROL = DISABLED
DRAM READ TRAINING = DISABLED
OC charger=Enabled
AI Transaction booster=MANUAL
Performance Level = 10
CPU multiplier = 9x

Vcore=1.xxV (what Chip needs to hit 4.5GHz,add a bit if you crash,do not go over 1.40V and do not use AUTO setting)

CPU GTL = 0.63x on both lines
PLL=1.54V
FSB voltage=1.30V (and work from there but do not go over 1.40V)
DRAM voltage=2.1V (by memory specs)
NBv=1.36V (do not go over 1.40V)
SBv=1.2V
PCIE/SATA voltage=1.60V
NB GTL = AUTO
CPU & PCIE Spread spectrum=Disable
CPU & NB skew=AUTO
Load Line Calibration=ENABLED

only theres no NB GTL
DRAM FREQ = 1002, not 100 as youre tut says, (dont know if its a problem)
VCORE = auto
mult = 6.0x
marvell IDE = off
Boot logo = off

im now going to test it with prime95 are my settings good now?

YES use those settings with 6x multiplier and test it with P95 Large FFT for couple of hours (if it lasts that long without BSOD or error)..

already running almost 3 hours from now 2:45 cpu load 95% temperature CPU 21 degrees with Real Temp 3.00.

NO BSOD, stable 100%

But if im going to change to multi 10x and vcore 1.40, computer reboots and BSOD what to do now

Read some other forums and learned a little bit, so if im correct my divider is now on 1:1 (because we set it on 1000 isn't?) if i set FSB my memory also goes at the same level as FSB because the divider is 1:1 isn't it?

But my ram is 1066Mhz? and now running at 500 Mhz because of FSB, cant set it higher computer doesnt boot, but does the computer have the good memory settings, or is this a step for later, to clock?

Now testing step for step, testing FSB500 Mhz @ Multiplier 7, then 8 then 9 then 10 all on 1.4v or do i have to directly test the 500 Mhz on mx10?

No, when FSB is 500MHz then RAM is @ 1000MHz (and that's 1:1)..

Now I would recommend you to try 8.5x 500MHz FSB (4.25GHz) with 1.40V Vcore..

That would be a very nice speed (4.25GHz)..

If it's OK then try 9x 500MHz FSB (4.5GHz) with 1.40V Vcore..

I don't think that you would ever be able to run 10x 500MHz FSB (5GHz) on air cooling and with Vcore under 1.4V (you would need Vcore above 1.5V for 5GHz)..

CHEERS..

FSB: 500x8.5 = 4,25Ghz Stable
Tried with :
vcore 1.384 Stable, still have to test lower than 1.384 vcore

CPUID Hardware Monitor Says:
Core #0: max 58c degrees
Core #1: max 57c degrees
CPUTIN: max 58c degrees

http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=1921988

FSB: 500x9 = 4,5Ghz Still Testing
Tried with :
vcore 1,41 error in first test,
vcore 1,43 no error @ prime but BSOD,
vcore 1,44 still testing but 1 error @ 17 minutes and stopped, computer still running good

CPUID Hardware Monitor Says:
Vcore: 1,44..
Core #0 = max 65c degrees
Core #1 = max 63c degrees
CPUTIN: = max 65c degrees

Should i try vcore on 1,45? multiple forums says stable @ 1,45 but than im running hot against the max limit of 72,5c degrees, i dont think you recommend me that.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Do i have to watch the core temps or CPUTIN?
PS: If there are no other settings to cool cpu down i have to go back to 4.25 Ghz because i cant go higher with vcore because of air-cooling, look at list earlier in this message.
Is this good or is my Vcore to high to damage my CPU within a year?

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If im taking the Stable 500x8.5 can i clock me ram after that?
CPU-z says:
DRAM Frequency 500.0 Mhz
FSBRAM 1:1
5-5-5-15 2T
So me ram is 1066Mhz why does it run @ 500 Mhz?

I would not go over 1.40V for Vcore..

4.25GHz is very fast as it is so extra 250MHz would not make any noticable difference..

Stick with 4.25GHz and 1.40V Vcore for 24/7 usage and be happy..

Watch core temperatures and keep them under 75C all the time and you'll be safe.. (use CoreTemp program)

Keep the Vcore under 1.40V and you'll be safe..

Your RAM is actually running @ 1000MHz (500MHz FSB x 2) and that's 1:1 FSB/RAM ratio I was talking about..

DDR2 is Double Rate so that means FSB speed x 2 when running 1:1..

There are other multiplers for RAM to make it run faster but still it's double rate.. DDR2 Wiki explanation here..

So no need for clocking your memory any further as your system might get unstable..

CHEERS..
