I have a 2500k at 4.4ghz at 1.2v and I never went over 60c with the stock cooler, but then I bought a Hyper 212+ and my temps went down to 50c.

EDIT: My friend has a custom loop and gets 40c at 4.4 1.2v

remember your temps are dependant on ambient temps if you live in the north pole you get better temps then living in the sahara
for loop order after res>pump the order makes no difference just try to use as little tubing as possible without kinking and so it's tidy

P.s did you use the thermal past that came with kit?

I was able to run 4.4 at stock voltage, but I didn't take any temps. I get temps in the mid 60's at 4.8 right now.
