Another 965BE venture. - Page 2

Someone suggested i disable C1e function in the BIOS. What does this do??

They also said something about the VDDA. My M/B starts VDDA at 2.5V and goes up to 3V i think. I have set it to the lowest valve of 2.5V for now. Any thoughts on this.

Im going to let prime run over night now and see how it looks in the morning.

I have set multipliers at 200x20. 1.425Vcor. 1.25V CPU/NB. 2600NB. 2.5V VDDA. When i run Prime i just choose the Blend torture test. Is this the onne to go with?/

As far as I know, 1.412V is somewhat low for 4GHz especially since you are not overclocking the FSB and simply relying on the multiplier.

I would increases the CPU voltage a tiny bit and see if things improve.

^^Very nice. I would let it run a little longer before pushing it to 4.2

Yeah will give it another run to see how she hold up, my Vcore is still only 1.425 and my max temps are 47 so im happy with this so far. Will also see BurnTest and see what that runs like. Now that i have 4gig with a 200x20 milti, to go higher from here should i increase the FSB and leave the multi at x20. Or do i drop back multi to say 18???

No, leave everything intact, except bump up the multiplier. Why set yourself back at 18? Unless you want to run it slower. Up the multiplier. If BSOD, go back and put back original settings to 200x20 then this time up the FSB however you like it 205x20 or 203x20, etc. Its best to go small increments. You just go to experience it a little, but be sure to do it in small steps, and watch for other tweaks and record your experiment.

Good luck.

Now, IBT (standart) no good, must use MAXIMUM.

Go for 20 runs also.

hold up somethig isnt right.
Your temps seem a little high for a d14, you should try and reseat your cooler.
Also my 3.5ghz unlocked 740 gets a higher linx score than that.
I will post screenie.
