Better card than GTS 450 for the price?

Thread Starter
I'm not a heavy gamer, I want something that I can do video editing on, Photoshop, and play some Battlefield BC2 when I'm not busy.

I had my eye on the GTS 450 SuperClocked by EVGA. It's actually a bit more than I wanted to spend but it looks like a nice card. It also costs the same exact price as the standard edition on Amazon, so why not go for the SC edition?

My question is, is there a better card though for something in my price range? That being $100-$120 max.

*edit, this includes ATI cards too. Maybe I should have asked this is graphics cards general...

On that budget, possibly a 460 SE after rebate ?
