If there was a problem, you would know about it. If accounts had been compromised, you would know about it. Microsoft would not benefit from keeping it quiet and we all know it as well as they do. They would have too much to lose from keeping it quiet.
Also if there was a problem it would be all over the internet, and the news.
Conspiracy theories, claims, and scaremongering, without any real hard evidence, isn't proof of Xbox Live itself being hacked. An account on Xbox Live can be intruded upon by many other methods not related to Xbox Live, as already explained.
I'm not in denial because I trust Microsoft (far from it), I'm in denial because I have the common sense to see past all the bull on both sides of the fence.
Again, where is your proof of this? Not only are you denying everything everyone else has said, you are specifically attacking the Call of Duty game brand for the reason behind increased PET traffic. True Call of Duty mods are rare and a J-TAG'd Xbox is pretty much impossible due to recent updates to the security code, along with the kernel requirements.
Hold back that nerd rage, I'm not attacking Call of Duty. It's simply the truth. Go and take a look on the account suspension support forums for yourself. You'll find "nearly" every thread opened there is related to Call of Duty, or system hardware/software modification (avatars etc). I'm simply stating the facts in this respect.
