Could anyone tell me that may this work if i trill a big hole in center of heatsink(that is brown),and fill it somekinda liguid thing(like the liquid water that goes to car radiator.And i place it on cpu.May it cool better or not.

You could extend the idea. The fluid would evaporate quite quickly if it was just sitting there open to the elements so you could make a brown thing that allows fluid to flow through it, I'd call this a block. To make it work better you'd need a machine to pump this fluid through and for simplicities sake we could call this a pump.

However the fluid would just heat up and so you'd need to radiate the heat somewhere else. You could make a radiator like they use in cars to get rid of the heat from the coolant and connect that to the block and pump.

It would be impractical to move the computer at a high enough speed to get enough air flowing through the radiator to cool it sufficiently so my idea would be to use case fans to cool it.

I think it's a winner.
