6970 water cooling?

Thread Starter
Would this be enough to cool 3 6970's to below 65C load and a phenom 2 1090t to below 55c load at stock clocks?

slim 2x120MM rad
200MM rad

I can replace the slim 2x120mm with a slim 3x120mm with a bit of modding, but would rather not. I can also probably find a spot to put another 1x120MM rad, such as in the back.

If the slim 2x120MM and 200MM rad setup won't cool 3x 6970 and a 1090t to desired temps, will it cool 2x 6970, and a 1090t to desired temps?

Basically i want a water cooling loop that fits internally in a corsair graphite 600t, with as many 6970's as i can fit and keep cool.

Is water cooling the 6970 an impossible task or something? I can't seem to find any threads on it that have an example of what rads it would take etc, or really much info at all on water cooling 6970's.

Anything seem missing from this list that I'm likely to want for a first wc build? I have no water cooling gear currently. Anything on this list that should be replaced with something that's better for a similar price, or something on the list that's just generally crap?

Also will my sig power supply be enough to power this wc system + the sig rig in the case on this list?

I could also replace a lot of components with the $129.99 XSPC Rasa 750 RS240 kit, and cut the total cost down from ~$1000 to ~$750, I end up with a cheaper pump, but other than that it seems like I don't lose to much in terms of quality on the parts. I don't get as pretty of a CPU block but all I really want is for the cpu block to be completely black and the photo of the kit shows a completely black cpu block. I could still buy the better pump and it would still significantly cut my costs back, but I'm not sure if that's really something that would have much of a performance increase?

I'd say your rad choices would work. I have 2 6900 cards on my loop plus mosfet and cpu and no matter what I do it runs cool.

I had a single RX360 before and I just added an RS360. It worked fine with just the RX though...
