So planning on GTX580/570 for my rig(in signature)

If it can handle a GTX 580, i'll get the 580.. Else i'll stick to 570...

Need ur valuable suggestions..

P.S : Not going to overclock any components..

It would run on that PSU even OC'd..

I have a Q9550 @ 4GHz and OC'd GTX480 @ 840/1025MHz on a CM Real Power M620 (it has 516W or 43A on 12V+ rail, your has 40A)..

I have thrown everything on it Games,3DMark 11,Heaven,Furmark, OCCT PSU Torture test (GPU + OCCT CPU test simultaneous)..

Note that my OC'd GTX480 draws ~ 300W in games and is more power hog than a GTX580..

CHEERS..

Good info, as you say the 480 is way more of a power hog than a 580.

So w/o OCing CPU n GPU also w/o any stress testing, 2500k+GTX 580 are fine on a M600.. Right?

You can overclock, too... it won't be a problem.

Should be fine.

The 480 is easily the most power hungry single GPU card out there.
