Bulldozer will be well above your budget,
the lowest price amd fx 4110 will cost rs8500+ & a good bulldozer supported amd 970a mobo would cost you rs6000+

ya,its true, for using 4gb you will need 64bit which is easily available everywhere.
Between those two ram the second one(xms3) is better because it uses better IC & has better oc potential.
However I recommend you to go with corsair vengeance/gskill ripjawsX ram.
is that exactly 4gb or < 4gb ? im too skeptical about using 64-bit OS's .. hardly any 64-bit aps out there..!

n if i'm not wrong, vengeance is not available on 2gb and ripjaws would make sense/add value only if I go for the 4gb one.. cuz .. 2gb ripjaws @ just 1k is only 80 rupees costlier than the corsair valueselect 2 gb !

Only amd 990fx,990x,970a chipset mobo will natively supports amd bulldozer fx cpu's.
The rest of the chipsets which are revised as am3+ with a bios update will support bulldozer fx cpu but some features of the FX cpu will be disabled.

there's no need to go bulldozer.
Take my advice and get a sandy bridge. the i5 2500K cant be beaten by any processor right now for its price. I would really suggest you to hold on for a while and get the i5 2500K. WORTH the wait!
And for the RAM get the XMS 3 1600. THey're good enough.

And don't ever get only 2Gb. Ram has become dirt cheap, Get the XMS3 2X2gb 1333 ones.

If you want to go with 2gb then definitely go with gskill ripjawsX,its much much better than corsair value select.
2gb corsair vengeance modules are not available in India.

What actually is the funda/diff. between getting two individual sticks (packed separately) and those 2x2 pack kind of things? (come as a package)
I believe either combination should dual - channel ?

To put it more clear..
why are these two shown as different products ? <sorry abt the ignorance)
is not buying 2 of these separately..

http://www.corsair.com/memory/xms-cl...m1a1333c9.html

same as this ?

If the two different ram sticks which are sold separately are identical(for eg- both are xms3 1333mhz & with same part no) then there is no difference between them & the 2x2gb kit.

These two are entirely different product.
One is a 2gb ram while the other is a 2x2gb kit,but these two are identical ram.
