FrozenCPU have them, don't know if thats any good to as im in the UK, couldn't find one at newegg or microcentre

Would def recommend WC, but it'll cost a lot more and these cool quite well

Sound like you are dealing with high ambient temps. It might be cheaper and less maintenance to buy a AC for that room. All these load temps posted in this thread make no mention of the ambient temps they are working in, so they may not apply to your environment. My ambient temps in my office above my garage get to around 31-32ºC, so I am happy with mid 50ºs as my load temps. But being in the 70s or even 80s is perfectly fine running on air. Just my two cents.
