Slowly increase it until it becomes unstable, or artifacts, etc. I had a similar G4mx card and when it got to high it would simply either freeze the computer or restart. I dont think you can 'dangerously' overclock these, I set the sliders to their max one day and all it did was restart instantly. Even if you did somehow damage it, its not big deal (in my oppinion) since that card is well and truely outdated now.
