First and foremost im not an expert overclocker. i do some basic ocing but not to the extreme. now that that is mentioned time to ask my questions

so i decided to OC my CPU and this is what i have on my BIOS. ive reached 3.92 unstable so thats where i increased my vcore voltage. right now its in 1.4000 v. its kinda stable but when i ran prime 95 1 worker had error at around 4 hour mark. if im not mistaken im not supposed to go above 1.3650 v on my 45nm chip but ive also heard that the max absolute value is 1.5 v. so ive included some pics of my bios settings. are my values right? or are they dangerous as far as the voltage? im willing to increase th voltage to be more stable but is there anything else i can tweak before increasing voltages? btw the temps during prime95 run are 40 C idle and max 58C.

can anyone help?
